Jeff and Kourtney Casebolt, founders of JK Forever Homes, are a husband and wife team dedicated to bringing dreams to life. Since 2016, this couple has been working in southern Indiana to create custom and specialty homes that are attractive and affordable.

Their inspiration comes from a love for Perry County and the towns they grew up in. Building beautiful and affordable/budget friendly homes is the ultimate goal to contribute in bettering the community and allowing this beloved county to continue to grow and develop. A Passionate Team

You will encounter the best of both worlds with Jeff and Kourtney, after ten years of marriage and 7  years of running a business together.

Jeff has been in the construction business for nearly 25 years. His wealth of knowledge in excavation, new home construction, plumbing and HVAC systems, enables him to help customers make the best choices when building dream homes. He is on the job site every day to ensure quality craftsmanship.

Kourtney, on the other hand, specializes in the design process of the home, and works closely with the customers to ensure their personal needs and styles are being met. She works diligently to make sure the customers are within budget on product choices with the intention of making the process stress free.

Jeff and Kourtney are passionate about what they do, and therefore, extremely attentive. The focus of this couple lies in the quality of their work, as well as outstanding customer service. With over 50 completed projects under the JK Forever Homes name, they have been awarded with extremely appreciative and happy clients. This drives a strong desire between them to continue helping the community.
